Please telephone between 12 noon and 3.30pm for test results, unless the doctor has stated otherwise. Be prepared to telephone back to speak to the doctor if they have requested this.
The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. Results will only be given to the patient (or parent/guardian) to whom they relate until that person has given prior permission to the release of results or they are not capable of understanding them.
